The process took place in the presence of the Minister of Defense Mr. Charalambos Petridis, the Chief of the General Staff of the National Guard Lieutenant General Demokritos Zervakis, the Director General of the Ministry of Defense Mr. Andreas Loukas, the Chief of Staff of the Deputy Defense Minister .
The selection process was carried out using certified software, the database of which was completed by the data submitted electronically by the new recruits on the platform of the Ministry of Defense. The use of the software ensures the integrity of the process, without human intervention.
The results of the selection show that more than 70% of the new recruits were placed in their first guard of preference.
The results have been secured by the Selection Committee and are not subject to notification. New recruits and their units will be informed of the results on the day of their classification.
